Refund Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Stackroom is operated by VOCSO Technologies Pvt Ltd, Faridabad, Haryana, India. This policy explains when we refund a subscription payment and how to ask for one.
Free plan and trials
Every plan has a free tier that needs no card, and paid plans offer a free trial. We encourage you to use both before paying. A trial can be cancelled at any time before it ends and you will not be charged.
14-day refund on a first payment
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan. We do not require a reason. Your workspace returns to the free plan and your data stays intact.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a renewal charges you unintentionally, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, provided the plan has not been materially used in that period.
Outside that window, renewal payments are not refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not pro-rate partial periods.
Service failure
If Stackroom is unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault, or a paid feature does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we will refund the affected period regardless of the windows above. Write to us and tell us what happened.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on the account, telling us the workspace name and the payment concerned. We respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Who processes the payment
Payments from customers outside India are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, and payments within India by Razorpay. Refunds are issued through whichever provider took the original payment. You can also raise a refund request through Paddle's buyer support if your payment was processed by them.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. We would almost always rather refund you directly, and a chargeback takes considerably longer to resolve for both of us.
